What to do, what to do!It’s ok to indulge a little bit during the holiday season but you want to make sure you’re not over indulging. If you decide to double up on your dessert plate, maybe try to do a little more exercise than normal.You’re eating extra energy (calories) so use up that extra energy through physical activity.
