Do you have a San Diego Food Bank ID Card?
It looks like this (please note it might not have a picture) and you might have received it at a previous distribution:
The San Diego Food Bank ID Card allows you to receive food at any location that participates in our program without having to do any additional registration! This ID Card works at all locations and there are no limits to the number of locations you can visit for food pick up. There are no requirements to sign-up, and anyone can qualify to receive the card. Please ensure you list all household members in the appropriate section in order to receive the maximum amount of food and/or diapers allowed for your household.
If you do not have a Food Bank ID Card, fill out the form below (available in 21 languages) and a Nonprofit Services Coordinator will reach out to you with your Food Bank ID Card soon.
We have forms available in Amharic, Arabic, Cambodian, English, Dari, Farsi, French, Spanish, Haitian, Japanese, Korean, Tagalog, Lao, Mandarin, Pashto, Ukrainian, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Somali, Urdu, Vietnamese.
