Nutrition Month: Budget-friendly Family Recipes Using Tortillas Three Ways!

The San Diego Food Bank kicked off our National Nutrition Month campaign, in partnership with UnitedHealthcare, on KUSI's Good Morning San Diego earlier this week! Food Bank CEO, James Floros, was joined by UnitedHealthcare's Monique Knight. Together, they discussed the importance of nutrition education and how making healthier choices doesn't necessarily mean spending more money.

"A lot of people don't realize that even if you have a low-income, you can still provide a healthy diet for your family," said Floros. "It's about educating people and changing behavior."
