National Nutrition Month serves as a great reminder to enjoy delicious, healthy meals and developing good eating habits.The theme for 2016 is “Savor the Flavor of Eating Right,” which encourages everyone to take time to enjoy food traditions and appreciate the pleasures, great flavors, and social experiences food can add to our lives. – EatRight.orgHere at the Jacobs & Cushman San Diego Food Bank, we are committed to providing nutritious food and combating nutrition-related diseases among those we serve.
