Join Cal Coast Credit Union’s Pack the Pantry Food Drive from Nov. 1 – Nov. 30! Help Cal Coast and the Food Bank collect much-needed food items for local college food pantries and nutrition centers to support the students they serve.
Nearly 50% of college students in San Diego face food insecurity. This means they do not have reliable access to food to sustain a steady and nutrient-rich diet, which negatively impacts their academic performance.
To address this important problem, college campuses across the county have established food pantries to feed students in need. The challenge? Keeping those food pantry shelves stocked at all times.
You can donate directly to the food drive online by clicking the blue “DONATE NOW” button below. For every $1 donated, 2 meals can be provided to a college student in need.
