Servant leader in marketing & advertising for over 30 years.  I got my start right out of college (University of San Diego) working at Marriott in a management training program, worked the graveyard shift to prove my management skills.  After six years in the hotel business, transitioned to the radio industry.


In 1996, started working for the company that would be bought eventually by Clear Channel and later renamed iHeart Media.

  • Over 26 years in the business
  • Working in both Phoenix and San Diego with iHeartMedia
  • Currently President for the San Diego region of iHeart Media. Running 8 local radio stations, with over 52 local DJ ambassadors/influencers and reaching over 2.2 million listeners each week
  • Responsible for client relationships with all businesses in the San Diego region and beyond
  • Oversee the digital branding of iHeartRadio, our OTT, social media, and digital products

Personal (and most important)

  • Married to Michael Ippolito – a realtor
  • Mom to 3 awesome kiddos
    • Jordan – a newscaster in Sacramento
    • Jackson – a Junior at GCU in Phoenix
    • Kirby – we adopted when he was nearly 6 years old from Ethiopia. He is currently a sophomore in high school
  • We love to travel, we have a sprinter RV
  • We have a boat and we all wake surf in the summer
  • We have served as missionaries in Mexico, Haiti and Guatemala in April, 23.
