March 1 – March 31
Help local Boy Scouts collect much-needed food items for the San Diego Food Bank by leaving unopened food donations by your door and/or mailbox during the month of March.
Boy Scout troops will be visiting neighborhoods across San Diego County encouraging residents to donate food to local families in need.
Most Needed Food Items include:
- Canned meat and fish
- Canned vegetables
- Canned fruit
- Canned soup
- Peanut butter
- Oatmeal and cereal
- + more!
Boy Scouts will leave a note on your door with the pick-up date for your neighborhood. Please leave out food donations on the designated pick-up date.
Prefer to donate online? It’s easy. Every $1 provides 5 meals.
