Patrick was born and raised in Maryland and moved to San Diego in 1978.
Patrick has over 25 years of experience working as both a chef and executive chef at multiple restaurants in San Diego, San Francisco and Arizona. He began his role as Vice President & General Manager with Jordanos Foodservice in September 2021 after working with Sysco for 19 years, most recently as a Regional Director of Contract Sales for Southern California. Patrick received his AOS in Culinary Arts from New England Culinary Institute and also attended Grossmont Community College and San Diego State University. He is one of nine children and has been married to his wife Marianne Day for 27 years.
